Visual Field Testing measures your peripheral (side) vision and helps identify areas where vision may be reduced or missing. During the test, you will look straight ahead and press a button whenever you see a light appear in your field of vision. Visual field testing is commonly used to detect and monitor glaucoma, optic nerve disorders, neurological conditions, and other diseases that can affect your visual field.
