Joseph Conrad
Dr. Conrad earned his Doctor of Optometry (OD) from The Ohio State University as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Vision Science. He received training at the Northeast Ohio Veteran's Affairs (VA) System, University Hospitals Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and various community based clinics and private practices. Dr. Conrad currently sees patients at both the Howell and Brighton offices. He has a special interest focus in TBI and pediatric vision. Dr. Conrad completed a fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) in 2018. Dr. Conrad enjoys spending time on Lake Michigan and traveling with his wife and four kids.

Jeremy Dreslinski
Dr. Dreslinski earned his Doctor of Optometry (OD) from The Ohio State University, which included training at the Chillicothe, Ohio Veteran’s Affairs (VA) System and the large surgical and ocular disease practice, Eye Specialists of Ohio. He also completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Dreslinski was raised in Brighton, and currently sees patients in the Howell and Brighton locations. His particular interests in optometry include ocular complications of systemic disease (such as stroke, diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis), pediatrics, and orthokeratology - a specialty contact lens that provides a blade-free alternative to laser vision correction.

Leah Hall
OD
Dr. Leah Hall earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. During her clinical training, she completed rotations at the Wyoming, Michigan Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, where she gained experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular conditions. Following graduation, Dr. Hall entered private practice and joined Primary Eye and Vision Care in 2023. She has a special interest in the management of ocular diseases, including dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy, as well as fitting specialty contact lenses. Dr. Hall is passionate about providing comprehensive, personalized eye care for patients of all ages, from young children to older adults. Dr. Hall is an active member of the Michigan Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She welcomes patients at Primary Eye and Vision Care’s Howell, Brighton, and Farmington locations.
Danielle Lefevre
Dr. Danielle Lefevre graduated with distinction from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in 2017. During her clinical training, she gained experience at Michigan State University Neuro-Ophthalmology and the Detroit VA Medical Center, where she developed a strong interest in complex eye conditions and patient-centered care.
Her professional interests include anterior segment disease and neuro-optometry. Dr. Lefevre believes the best care begins with listening to her patients, understanding their goals and concerns, and partnering with them to develop personalized treatment plans. She especially enjoys approaching complex cases as clinical puzzles, combining thoughtful problem-solving, innovative technology, and individualized care to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside the office, Dr. Lefevre enjoys gardening, caring for an ever-growing collection of plants, and spending time with her cats. She is also a certified Michigan Master Gardener, reflecting her passion for lifelong learning both inside and outside the clinic. She brings that same curiosity and attention to detail to every patient she cares for.

Jana Fisher
Dr. Jana Fisher received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Alma College and her Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from Ferris State University College of Optometry. She is a 30 year member of both the American Optometric Association and Michigan Optometric Association, and has served as President of the Central Michigan Optometric Society. She received the Michigan Optometric Association Keyperson of the Year Award in 2009, and has participated in a VOSH mission trip to Honduras. Dr. Fisher has been practicing at Eyecare Associates of Dewitt since 1999.

Nilam Trivedi
Dr. Nilam Trivedi grew up in Farmington Hills, MI. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and earned her Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from the Michigan College of Optometry. Dr Trivedi's clinical training was completed at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Duane L. Waters Hospital Eye Clinic, and Henry Ford OptimEyes. She has participated in a mission trip to Honduras and vision screening for Special Olympics of Michigan athletes. Outside of work, Dr. Trivedi enjoys exploring new restaurants, cheering on the Detroit Lions, and traveling. Dr. Trivedi sees patients in our Farmington and Brighton locations.

Zeinab Houjaij
Dr. Houjaij received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Eastern Michigan University and her Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from University of Missouri-St Louis. She received clinical training at Harry S. Truman Veterans Affairs Hospital, Kresge Eye Institute, and several other clinics and private practice locations. Dr. Houjaij enjoys primary eye care and fitting specialty contact lenses with special interest in myopia management. Dr. Houjaij sees patients in our Farmington location.

Daniel Vargovick
Dr. Dan Vargovick is a board-certified optometric physician dedicated to providing advanced eye care with a personal touch. A Farmington native, he attended Our Lady of Sorrows and Catholic Central before earning an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and his Doctor of Optometry (OD) from Indiana University.
Following Dr. Dubin, Dr. Vargovick owned and led the practice for nearly two decades, cementing its 50-year legacy of patient-first care. Today, he continues to provide that same dedicated care, combining his engineering background with advanced clinical expertise. Outside the clinic, Dr. Vargovick loves traveling and spending quality time with his family. An avid sports fan, he stays active on the pickleball court and rarely misses a Detroit Tigers game.
